Devices must be locked to UK / Ireland Networks
Samsung Permanent Unlocking Service
Compatible Networks: All UK & Ireland Networks
Your device will become Factory Unlocked after using our service.
We submit our unlocks via the Servers directly to ensure it is correctly and permanently unlocked.
Please note if your device states the following: SIM Network PIN is Blocked. Enter SIM Network PUK You will require the 'unfreeze code' this is ALSO included with the unlock code that we will provide you which will need to be entered prior to entering the unlock code.
To ensure a prompt turn around we will require the IMEI number of the device which can be obtained by typing *#06# on your phones keypad, or it can be located by accessing settings, general, about, IMEI.
Please include your IMEI, Model, Network with your payment in the notes section of the order
Unlock turnaround times are usually 1 Working days from submission, however on some occasions this can be delayed up to 3 Working days so please take this into account when placing an order with us, if you cannot wait please do not submit the order.
Once your phone is unlocked we will send you instructions to finalise the factory unlock
